This PL H Hybrid Lamp can be installed in both Line Voltage, or Magnetic Ballast Compatible applications. Run directly off Line Voltage to eliminate compatibility issues, incidental power loss, longevity problems, and maintenance costs associated with ballasts. When used with a Magnetic Ballast, this PL H Lamp can function as Plug & Play, and operate with the existing ballast.*See Compatibility ListIf the ballast is not compatible, it can be bypassed and the lamp can run directly off line voltage.
